Be aware of Mobile Frauds

Today I got a miss call at 10:11am from +923434993753.Since I was curious,I called back.The person over there said he was calling from Airtel N Delhi.I asked them to drop the call and call from there number.It was a call of 18 seconds but Rs 9.25 were deducted from my account.This is very unfair.Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
